Single Sessions are really useful when you just want to ‘hash’ something out, when there’s something troubling you that you can’t quite get to grips with. Or you just need to hear yourself talk in a neutral non-judgmental space away from the vested interests that friends or family may have. Sometimes all you need is to hear yourself say a thing out loud, and that, in itself, can be enough to empower you to whatever your next step may be. A follow-up email exchange is available if necessary in the 2 weeks following our meeting, providing ongoing support as you navigate your thoughts.
